Parmacho peak is known as Parchemuche peak. It lies in the sough of Tashilapcha pass in between Everest and Rolwaling region. Mt. Parchemuche, elevated 6273 meters high, is a popular climbing peak of Rolwaling trekking region opened for climbing under the authority of Mountaineering Association Nepal. This attractive snow peak lies south of the Tasi Lapcha. This climb is strictly required for trekkers crossing the high Tasi Lapcha (5,755m) to Namche Bazaar in the Everest Region. It also can be approached from the off beaten trail of Rolwaling region.
The summit of the peak presents extraordinary views of Langtang, Everest, Gauri Shankar, DorjeLakpa, Chobabhamre,Menlungtse, Mt. Tashi Lapcha and many other peaks. We can also view entire Rolwaling and Langtang from the west on a clear day, Mt. Everest from the east and to the north: Cho Oyu and Gyachung Kang.
Mt. Parchemuche, also known as Mt. Pachermo, is a straightforward snow peak with a well-defined north by north west ridge rising from the relatively flat, crevassed glacier across the Tasi Lapcha. This expedition proffers the sights of magnificent high alpine valley in the north-east of Nepal and allows us with a rare opportunity to experience the diverse culture of Brahmin village and Buddhist village.
